The Runner - Self Defense Spray
Would you like to get in that early run but don’t feel safe? Try carrying The Runner – Self Defense Spray. This red pepper spray will incapacitate an attacker for ten to fifteen minutes; plenty of time to call for help or reach a safe place. The runner has a convenient adjustable hand strap to keep the pepper spray where you need it; in your hand and ready to use. Zensah Calf Sleeves
Zensah Calf/Shin Training and Recovery sleeves promote oxygen flow through the muscles during workouts. They are also good for recovery and long periods of inactivity. The sleeves are made with gradient compression which provides wide ribbing in the front for shin support, and tight ribbing in the back for calf support. They are made with Zensah Fabric® which has silver helping regulate skin temperature, and fight bacteria. The sleeves can be worn during training or for recovery to increase oxygen blood flow to the muscles of the lower leg.

No Boundries
No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in less than three months. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
