From I-95 S: Take Exit 45 (Glades Rd) west to 441/ State Rd 7. Take a right onto 441/State Rd 7 just past Kimberly Rd. Fleet Feet will be on your left in the Shoppes At Boca Greens behind the Bank Atlantic.
From I-95 N: Take exit 48 (Yamato Rd) west to 441/State Rd 7. Take a left onto 441/State Rd 7 and Fleet Feet will be on you right in the Shoppes At Boca Greens behind the Bank Atlantic.
From the FL Turnpike: Take the Glades Rd exit West to 441/State Rd 7. Take a right onto 441/State Rd 7 and Fleet feet will be just past Kimberly on the left in the Shoppes at Boca Greens behind the Bank Atlantic.
No Boundries
No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in less than three months. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
